Aucocisco School summer Backstage program has information available for the 2008 summer session.

What's the Backstage program?

Drama-based social pragmatics program
For children and teens ages 8-16 with Asperger's syndrome, high-functioning autism, non-verbal learning disability, ADHD, anxiety disorder, and other related challenges, who struggle with social skills and peer relationships
Integrates theater games and highly motivating, age-appropriate activities (such as video games, factual trivia games, etc.)
Promotes relationship building and fosters skill development
Teacher-to-student ratio of 1:3
Groups are formed based on age range, interests, learning styles, and schedule availability
Summer 2008 sessions: June 30-July 10; July 14-July 24; July 28-August 1
