Admissions Procedures

This application procedure refers to admission to the Aucocisco School. For Learning Center programs, please contact the director.

1. Call us (207-773-7323) to schedule an appointment for a tour of Aucocisco School. During your tour, you can learn about our programs and get answers to any questions you may have.
2. Submit an application, and return it with a recent photo of the student and a check made out to Aucocisco School for $50 for the application fee. In addition, please submit copies of your child's most up to date:
   • Achievement testing in all areas
   • Psychological evaluation
   • School reports
   • Speech and language evaluation (if applicable)
   • Occupational Therapy evaluation (if applicable)
   • Individual Educational Plan (if applicable)
3. When the applicant's admission file is complete, the Admissions Committee will review all of your child's documentation.
4. We will call to schedule your child for a half-day visit. The visiting day will help us further examine your child's needs to determine if Aucocisco School is a good match.
5. Admissions decisions are made by the Admissions Committee. We will contact you soon after your visit to inform you of our admissions decision. Applicants are accepted on a rolling admissions basis.
6. After an admissions offer has been made, review, sign, and return the Admissions Contract with the requested deposit.
